Customers are advised to patiently wait and we will fulfill according to turn. first come first serve basis.
Brand might vary from the quotation however warranty is all taken care by Racuntech.
If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly. Either the customer needs to topup or we will add additional hardware to match the booking price.
Refunds will be given if we cannot secure the stock within 1 month. Customers are not allowed to initiate the refund before 1 month to avoid joy buying and disrupt the stock allocation process. and refund Tnc as per Racuntech invoice will take place if customer changes their mind and asks for refund.
