As our PC assembly is by hand or the component is straight out of the box, please expect that you will receive the PC or component item that is not 100% perfect without cosmetic issues (that is you will received PC with a slight scratch on the product itself) and as long as the main function can be use without a fault, it is not eligible for warranty purpose.

For water cooling computer purchase, please expect that it will take up to 2 – 8 weeks to finish assemble the PC as this depends on our stock availability on the product arrival (most of water cooling item is not ready stock).
